How to hide 'Showing Posts with Label'

Many times, when you click on a post label, you will see Showing Posts With Label ________ I'll be teaching you how to get rid of that today.

To do this, simply go to Layout > Edit HTML and make sure you check Expand Widget Templates.
Then, go click Ctrl + F and find this code:

<b:include data="top" name="status-message">

Delete it and save your new code. That's it! You won't see that annoying message anymore!

My Review of OmniPage 17

I tried Nuance OmniPage the other day because I liked the concept of it. It didn't work at all. Maybe I should try it longer (I only checked 5 words and I was disappointed with the result) before I judge it, but a software like this isn't very useful when it misspells the easiest of words. Besides, there are other free websites around the internet that claim to do the same thing as OmniPage, so if I ever need a service like this, I'll use one of those.

How about you? Have you used this software (or any other like this) before? Did it work properly? Did you find it useful? Please share your views. Thanks and have a great day!

New Theme!

This 'N That has a new theme! I think it's an interesting change from the last one and is less 'crammed'. Please tell me what you think! I've also fixed the DoFollow. It should work right now. Let me know if you're having problems. And.. I've uploaded a Favicon for the site! This is what it looks like: It goes with the colors of the new theme. I'd love to hear your opinions. Saw it in 3D with some friends today. It was really good!! I think everyone should go see it. You'd probably enjoy it. I loved the fact that it was 3D and that you had to wear special glasses to see it. You can see a complete review of it on my other blog here.

How to Rip the Audio from a Youtube Video

I'm sure you would have seen a video somewhere on the internet where you wanted the audio from- maybe a song or some other video. I found a website yesterday where you can add the URL of the video and it converts it for you. You can find it here.
If you have firefox, you can download an add-on that creates a button on the video page so you can download directly. It's very convenient. If you go to the page mentioned above, there's a small tab saying "Firefox Addon" and you can download it from there.

Finally! I've been looking forward to this for ages! It only works on Firefox and so I had to go and download it, which I'd been meaning to do long back, but I'm a really lazy person and never got around to doing it until today! It's so cool! But the bad thing is that you have to have the add-on also to see what people have disliked/if they have disliked your posts, which I think really sucks.

The screenshot from above is what I took just now while experimenting with my dislike button. When I viewed the same post through Internet Explorer, there was nothing. Facebook should definitely make this button available to everyone!

Well Ice skating wasn't too bad I guess. I didn't have much fun though. They didn't have skates in my size so I had to go around in skates that were 2 sizes too big. At least I wasn't there too long.
I've just downloaded GIMP a while ago and I'm trying a few simple photo editing techniques. I just found a tutorial on how to change eye color and I'm going to get started on that now. Check it out if you want!

Ice Skating

Hey there! Sorry for not posting for a long time. Now, I know none of my previous posts have been that relavent, but I'm changing that now. I'm also going to try and update this site more often.

Well anyway, I'm going ice skating today. It's my first time in almost 3 years. I hate ice skating now, because the last time I skated, I got knocked over by some reckless guy and sprained my leg. I could barely move it for a whole week. I'm ok now, but now I've got this fear of skating. I decided that I was going to skate today, or else I might never get over my fear.

How about you? Do you like ice skating? Have you ever had any accidents skating, or doing anything else? What happened? Do you still do that activity? I want to hear all about it!

A 13 year old burger looks as fresh as new!

Fast food is unhealthy. We all know this. However, most people don't seem to know just exactly HOW unhealthy it is.
The fast food we eat has lots and lots of preservatives, and no nutrition. In fact, there are so many preservatives that after someone kept a McDonalds burger for 12 years, it still looked as fresh as new! Yeah, can you believe it?

Karen Hanrahen has kept a McDonalds burger since 1996- that's 13 years now! And it still looks fresh as new. You wouldn't believe it. But that's exactly what the preservatives do to it. These burgers contain Calcium and Sodium Propionate, two ingredients that help avoid mold. I'll show you a picture now of the burger taken last year, meaning it was 12 years old at the time of the picture. It's crazy. I would never have known it was that old.

Doesn't look like it, does it?
It's really scary when you think of how unhealthy these foods can be. I think I'm going to lay off the junk food for a while. Don't you?
